Enter the Oz obsession in film and television!

Plot

Elphaba, a misunderstood young woman with green skin, and Glinda, a popular girl, become friends at Shiz University in the Land of Oz. After meeting the magical Wizard of Oz, their friendship reaches a crossroads. The cast of Wicked reveals what their characters would stream if they lived in our world.

Chu] wanted the world of Oz to feel like a real place and not just a computer-generated backdrop. This included planting 9 million tulips to serve as part of the landscape for Munchkinland. In the classroom scene where Elphaba causes the flowers to rise into the air and the pollen sends the students to sleep, you can clearly see the wire that suspended one of the flowers as it moved.

It will be interesting to see if this is adapted for streaming and the film’s DVD release. Guide: [from trailer] The best way to bring people together is to give them a real good enemy. The title of the film uses a similar font style to the opening credits of The Wizard of Oz (1939)..

No One Mourns the Wicked Written by Stephen Schwartz Starring Ariana Grande, Andy Nyman, Courtney Mae-Briggs, Jeff Goldblum, Sharon D. I saw it in IMAX a few hours ago, which was amazing, even my sister was there and I’m sure they both loved it! Wicked should be in the running for awards especially for the set design, the acting and direction are great aspects.

Cynthia and Ariana Grande were exceptional, both deserve praise for their performances/exciting vibes!

I’m not a fan of musicals in general, but I’m glad I got to see this wild ride a few days before its wide release. I had a long day, and I was a little sore, which was my own complication, but otherwise it was a beautiful, enchanting gem that most audiences will likely appreciate as it should be.
