I’m enjoying this so far (5 episodes) despite some very bad decisions by the people who made it.1. This obsession with inserting songs into movies/TV shows drives me crazy. The songs themselves are good..like songs…but they completely ruin the movie scenes.
10 episodes is too long
Day of the Jackal is a thriller and the last thing you want to hear is someone singing songs. Absolutely ridiculous.2. For example, the scenario of the Bianca family is nothing more than background.
It’s not the cast’s fault3
Many reviewers blame Lashana Lynch. The filmmakers should be fined for inventing such a completely ridiculous character to hunt jackals. There is no one who can portray such an amazing character.

Normally I’d tune out after 20 minutes, but on this occasion the series is good enough to keep me going. However, what could have been 9/10 for me ended up as 6th at most. The new season of "Silos" is one of the biggest TV and streaming premieres this month.
